ExP Movement Training is Excellerated Performance's flagship health and fitness product. ExP Movement Training is a fitness class, which compares to high powered personal training but in an affordable, fun, small group environment.
With memberships starting at $29.00 a month, ExP Movement Training provides the highest value of any group fitness class in the area. Members learn and use training methods and tools not availiable in conventional gyms and fitness centers. The workouts and exercises involved with this class are only availiable at ExP.
Each group training member has a personal profile which starts with a posture analysis. Posture can say alot about a person and is our first impression on the outside world. Poor posture equals poor movement patterns.
Faulty movement will be your number one road block in becoming fit, losing weight or reaching peak peformance. Good posture is key in achieving sustainable life long fitness. Our tagline at ExP is Posture - Movement- Strength.
As well as posture, every group training member can be screened for movement problems. Each client will be taught to "self help" using ExP's corrective exercise routines. This provides a road map for each member, to overcome problems such as knee pain while running and many issues such as work related lower back and hip problems.
Group training members also recieve a personal ExP Movement Training manual that outline personal metabolism levels, weightloss guidelines and includes tons of educational materials geared twords adding years to your life.
This program is an absolute steal in terms of value twords personal fitness programming and achieving life long fitness sustainability.
Movement Training workouts promote power, strength and cardio all in one workout!!
ExP utilizes equipment such as Kettlebells, pull up bars, weightlifting and includes sandbags, steps, mats, and body weight exercises. With a mix of power, strength and endurance, Movement Training workouts are super exciting and group atmosphere provides the energy needed for superior motivation.
By combining all 3 of our bodies energy systems into 1 workout, ExP Movement Training workouts burn up to 3x the calories of other popular programs.
With a focus on movement and not muscles, ExP's environment is NON INTIMIDATING and accessable to anybody 18 yrs. old and up.
Participants can adjust intensity by using a variety of different weight or body weight choices as class progresses.
For experienced members these workouts can be the fast paced, total body challenge they are looking for. We did not reinvent the wheel, but we sure made it spin at optimum efficiency and took it down roads unamaginable.
