All-City Strength Camp is the prefered choice for athletes committed to increasing sport performance.
Sessions run 1 hour each day.
Pay by check or cash on the first day of event.
No registration rerquired, just show up on day 1 and join the group!
Our summer training program is broken into three age groups. 3rd-5th Grade and 6th-8th Grade.
Both age groups train at the same time in our two level facility.
The program is about athletic development. Training includes: Speed and Agility, Jump training, age appropriate strength training and testing.
Both training groups are co-ed and are enjoyed by both girls and boys alike.
With 3 weekly training sessions at Excellerated Performance, All City Strength Camp will fit right into any athletes summer schedule.
