All-City Strength Camp

All new for summer 2017- Youth Strength and Speed Camp

All-City Strength Camp is the prefered choice for athletes committed to increasing sport performance.









This is not a conditioning camp. There is no running, exessive plyometric drills or maximum lifting. We will however, learn to move properly and often. We do tons of ground based training including bodyweight training, speed/agility tech., strength training with bars (many sizes), dumbbells and kettlebells. Athletes also use bands, ropes and suspension (TRX).


All City Strength Camp offers ultimate flexibility for busy offseason athletes. Summer schedule consists of small group/small space group workouts, with take home materials for over the road training.


With 3 weekly training sessions at Excellerated Performance, All City Strength Camp will fit right into any athletes summer schedule.

With the use of funtional movement screening and top notch strength and conditioning, All-City Athletes experience fewer injuries and notice substantial increases in speed, power and quickness.

Each student must be paid in full to retain a spot.

Additional sessions availiable for athletes not invoved in varsity fall sports.

Payments are to be made check or cash during the first week of training.
